The Assistant Manager, Diversity and Inclusion will support the day-to-day operations of Cartier North America's Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, programs, and activities. This newly created position will report to the Head of Diversity and Inclusion and will manage various projects and initiatives that impact Diversity and Inclusion within and outside of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of Diversity and Inclusion strategies and initiatives
  • Partner with Human Resources on talent acquisition, learning programs, and employee experience
  • Identify new talent sourcing channels and expand connections with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs), and related organizations
  • Assess and recommend Diversity and Inclusion trainings
  • Identify and coordinate employee volunteer opportunities that support Cartier's Diversity and Inclusion mission

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role (Diversity and Inclusion, Human Resources, program management, retail support)
  • Proven track record of creating inclusive and equitable spaces
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills, including managing calendars and timelines
  • Organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with all company levels from senior management to outside partners and support staff
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently; demonstrates initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible to travel and work overtime in line with business needs
