Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager to join our team at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services or law, with experience in developing and advancing diversity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a database of information and strategy to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for the EAC academy
  • Develop relationships with attorneys and manage the EAC budget
  • Travel to various offices as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in professional or business development required
  • Professional services or law experience preferred
  • Strong planning, project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite

Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience. The expected salary range for this role is $105,000 - $150,000 per year.
