Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key role at Paycor, responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within assigned territories. This individual will leverage prospecting, telemarketing, and sales database management to generate leads and close deals. With a strong understanding of Paycor's sales process and product offerings, the successful candidate will be accountable for forecasting sales and achieving monthly and annual quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-value clients in the mid-market space through targeted prospecting and referrals.
  • Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to address their business challenges and needs.
  • Present Paycor's products and services to potential clients, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and other stakeholders.
  • Accurately forecast sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Analyze client needs and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, including paperwork and initial payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Implementation teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Record sales activity and results in Salesforce in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • 4-year business degree.
