Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will primarily oversee and ensure that the aero product laboratory and testing environments are maintained in a compliant and operational state, facilitating the execution of tests as planned.

Your responsibilities will also include gathering, processing, and presenting Quality Engineering data to guarantee that product and process quality standards are met and upheld.

Daily collaboration with your Project/Team leader and peers is essential, along with a commitment to integrity and ethical practices in all situations.

Additionally, you will be expected to:

  • Generate ideas for continuous improvement to minimize waste and enhance quality.
  • Contribute to the growth of QuEST Global while advancing your professional development.

Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a 2-year technical degree; or 6+ years of relevant experience without a technical degree.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, Part Qualification, Non-Conformance Management, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with intermediate skills in macros and pivot tables.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • A self-motivated, organized approach with the ability to manage semi-repetitive tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Familiarity with gas turbine engine operations, design, and manufacturing.
  • Experience in regulated environments with adherence to procedures.
  • The ability to read engineering drawings and understand associated quality requirements.
  • Experience with various gaging techniques and inspection planning.

Work Environment:

This position involves working in both office and shop floor settings, requiring occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. Typical activities include sitting, walking, and standing, with substantial computer work as well as hands-on tasks.
