Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, organize, and analyze Quality Engineering data to ensure the quality of parts and processes.
  • Support the team in conducting acoustical testing services for our clients, ensuring compliance with required standards.
  • Engage daily with project leaders and peers to foster collaboration and maintain high ethical standards.
  • Propose continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste and enhance quality.
  • Contribute to the growth of QuEST Global while advancing your professional development.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or 10 years without a technical degree.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, Non-Conformance Management, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings and understanding associated quality requirements.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a focus on process-oriented tasks.

Desired Attributes:
  • Familiarity with gas turbine engine operations and regulatory environments.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet business deadlines.

Work Environment:

This role may involve both office and shop floor settings, requiring occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. The position includes substantial computer work, alongside hands-on activities.
