At Level Data LLC, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will focus on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:

This role involves partnering with our marketing team to qualify and convert marketing leads into opportunities. The successful candidate will lead prospecting efforts into new customers as well as help develop and expand existing sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and convert marketing leads into opportunities
  • Lead prospecting efforts into new customers
  • Develop and expand existing sales cycles
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify target accounts and prospects
  • Conduct thorough research into prospect accounts to understand their business and challenges
  • Create personalized templates and sequences regularly
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Business Development or Sales Development experience
  • Core Competencies: Grit, Business Acumen, Conscientious, Curious, Coachable
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A great attitude and a sense of humor
