Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Client Experience Specialist to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving client satisfaction, and maximizing revenue per client.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have sufficient experience in the landscaping industry to effectively identify quality concerns, upsell opportunities, and resolve customer issues. You will act as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance the client's experience, including identifying quality concerns and upsell opportunities.
  • Retention and Revenue Growth: Maximize client retention by proactively addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Landscape Industry Expertise: Sufficient experience in the landscaping industry to be effective in this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise communication with clients.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving ability to effectively address client concerns and resolve issues.
