Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Environ Energy. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new clients to our organization and growing our presence in the Healthcare space.

Your primary focus will be to target large clients in this vertical, specifically those with a strong likelihood to utilize more than one of our energy and sustainability solutions. You will promote our suite of solutions to prospects and existing clients to build a stronger relationship with the clients assigned to you and ultimately deliver sales and revenue growth for Environ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the Healthcare vertical Market, including large institutions and relevant associations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals, leveraging market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), networking, referrals, association events, and other proactive outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles to large Healthcare facilities, preferably within the energy, clean energy, renewable energy, or sustainability industry.
  • Strong understanding of clean energy technologies, energy efficiency principles, and environmental sustainability concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences, including clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Commitment to environmental stewardship and passion for driving positive change through our energy solutions.

The good faith salary hiring range for this position is $70,000-$100,000 base per year plus commissions. Please note hiring ranges for candidates may differ based on education and experience.
