Director of Marketing and Sales Leader

The Director of Marketing and Sales will lead the sales and marketing team at Southern Integrated Solutions & Consulting, driving sales revenues to meet or exceed goals. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in technical sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet unique client needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Implement marketing strategies to enhance visibility and promote Southern Integrated Solutions & Consulting services.
Requirements:
BA degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
10+ years of sales experience.
5+ years of successful engineering sales experience preferred.
Experience with CRM, preferably Hubspot.
Market experience in Infrastructure, Midstream, and Renewables space.
Existing relationships in target industry accounts above.
Proficient in project costing and bidding process.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
