Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to lead our revenue management strategy at the Hilton Houston Westchase. As Director of Sales and Revenue Management, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to drive revenue growth and meet property targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research to establish pricing strategies that balance costs, competition, and supply and demand
  • Leading a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Creating and implementing short- and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets
  • Utilizing a range of marketing techniques, including telemarketing, e-commerce, and site visits, to drive new business
  • Providing regular sales reports to stakeholders, including marketing budgets, current market share, and direct sales

Requirements include:

  • A strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or hospitality, with a high school diploma or GED as a minimum
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • At least 3 years of full-service hotel sales leadership experience
