Job Summary

The Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in the MedPro Sales Team, providing essential support to drive sales success. This position is responsible for processing new sales leads, coordinating trade conferences, and assisting with internal administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound leads and opportunities from MedPro website visitors and partners.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide support, information, and guidance throughout sales cycles.
  • Manage team calendars and meeting coordination, scan and file contracts, and assist with data entry and processing.
  • Plan and coordinate trade conferences, including logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite support.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal Sales Support processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with strong academic success in business, management, and marketing coursework.
  • 2+ years of post-collegiate job experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of business goals and sales team objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to a diverse and ever-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Salesforce and Altassian experience.
  • Confluence and JIRA knowledge.
