Sales Strategy Coordinator

The Sales Strategy Coordinator plays a crucial role in crafting comprehensive One Platform Proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with One Platform Sales and Marketing teams to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.
- Spearhead the formulation of One Platform Sales proposals in response to incoming RFPs, aligning with advertiser and category goals.
- Address client requirements while showcasing the strengths and offerings of the One Platform sales approach.
- Construct One Platform linear media strategies and allocate units based on available inventory across the linear portfolio.
- Develop Digital Cflight strategies across various segments including ELG, Hispanic, News & Broadcast.
- Prepare and adjust One Platform Upfront and Scatter sales strategies to optimize inventory utilization while meeting agency and client needs.
- Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions with Agency Partnerships, Client Partnerships, Account Executives, and Strategic Planning management to create proactive and strategic proposals.
- Ensure that One Platform media strategies include precise pricing, approved marketing products, and available inventory, while following business processes for optimal delivery performance.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned by Strategic Planning and Ad Sales Finance management.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to develop One Platform sponsorship strategies.
- Coordinate with the CFS group to establish credit clearance processes and non-media billing procedures as necessary.
Proposal Management:
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Strategic Planning to oversee and manage all cancellation and expansion options, generating revised media strategies and flow charts to reflect all modifications.
- Work in tandem with Inventory Managers, Com Ops, and Marketing to facilitate plan approvals.
Client Engagement:
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our One Platform products and solutions tailored for advertisers.
- Assist in developing effective market entry tools for the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with agency and advertiser partners.
- Address Sales inquiries regarding inventory, advertising products, creative specifications, and research.
- Liaise with Sales, Strategic Planning, Ad Sales Finance, Commercial Operations, and Marketing to ensure that sold schedules are executed effectively.
