Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
The Community Engagement Director will focus on sustaining our community support initiatives through both administrative and outreach efforts. This includes:
- Scheduling community partners for public service announcements.

The Director will manage the utilization of the Gallaher Huffines Community Room for our partners.

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time opportunities for the right candidate. Flexibility in office hours is required, with availability during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Building relationships with listeners and community partners to discuss events in schools, churches, and local festivals.
- Learning the voice of our stations and effectively communicating through phone and email to arrange events and announcements.
- Establishing connections for our news, marketing, and public relations efforts.
- Aligning community partners with our brand to effectively promote their needs and causes.

This position requires an energetic individual who can adapt to changing environments and make a tangible impact on our community daily. Join us in supporting local organizations and helping them thrive.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Excel, Word, Access, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry and file management.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Availability during weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in dynamic settings.
