Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Alternative Services - Oregon, Inc. (ASI-OR) and Community Living Case Management (CLCM). As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our team, and contributing to our mission of supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling and correspondence to ensure effective communication within the team and with vendors.
  • Organize files, maintain office supplies, and prepare documentation to support our operations.
  • Provide logistical support to the ASI-OR and CLCM team to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Engage with vendors, clients, and staff to foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to navigate challenges with creativity and empathy.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $21 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as a range of benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b), Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off.
