Our company has expanded its product line and manufacturing space, and we are looking to grow our sales team. To achieve this, we need a skilled Sales Manager who can create a strategic business plan, expand our customer base, and ensure our strong presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with contact management/sales software, the Google Suite apps, and Netsuite/Oracle software or similar programs. They will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and directing a team of sales and marketing professionals
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Assisting in the development of new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of Ashworth Awards products and/or services
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Setting quotas, analyzing performance data, providing coaching and feedback
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training members of the sales team with the help of the HR team
  • Developing training programs, including continuous development training for the sales team
  • Adept in the sales processes, policies, and protocols
  • Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

The successful candidate will be familiar with and engage in learning opportunities to stay up to date on various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. This is not a retail position, and the candidate must have experience in a remote sales atmosphere and be willing to travel to trade shows.

Salary: Base - $75,000 - $100,000 per year with increased earning potential, resulting in upwards towards $150,000 per year through goal-incentivized bonuses and commissions.
