Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Director to join our Commercial Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving awareness and adoption of our solutions within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and manage a customer sales funnel through creative demand generation efforts targeting clinical leadership and digital innovation
* Adopt and own the Current Health Selling process, including CRM management, to drive all opportunities through the funnel stages from new lead to close
* Lead customer demos and presentations both in-person and virtually
* Drive over-plan revenue and customer acquisition performance by identifying customer needs, building business plans, and leading negotiation efforts with identified accounts
* Accurately forecast revenues within the quarter and year
* Build strategic partnerships with prospective and current customers and act as a voice of the customer internally within various departments of Current Health
* Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and trade shows
* Become an expert on the marketplace, Current Health solutions, and competitive landscape
* Partner with product development on solution-market fit and user feedback, and across other business disciplines

Requirements:

* 5+ years' experience selling digital, clinical technology solutions to pharmaceutical companies
* Prior experience directly in a CRO, pharma-focused technology company, or a pharmaceutical company
* Must be able to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:

* MSA and contracting expertise
* Previous experience selling disruptive technologies to multiple stakeholders within a client organization
* Extensive relationships in the pharmaceutical industry with a preferred focus in oncology
* Strong written, verbal, and storytelling skills
* Advanced degree or equivalent
