At Three Pillars Recruiting, we are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing regional agency, advertiser, and network relationships.

The Regional Sales Director will work from their home office, focusing 75% of their sales efforts on new business generation and 25% on developing and growing existing accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and customer goals
  • Expanding relationships with SEM & Display agencies, advertisers, and networks to maximize revenue opportunities and client satisfaction
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior and mid-management levels
  • Collaborating with other Sales Directors on cross-territory opportunities
  • Staying up-to-date on industry landscapes, trends, participants, and competitive offerings
  • Communicating the company's value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships to grow current and prospective client accounts
  • Maintaining a sales pipeline and working with marketing and other departments to develop case studies and marketing materials

Qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of digital advertising experience
  • Experience selling location-based digital advertising or programmatic platforms
  • Evidence of loyalty to previous employers (3+ years)
  • IAB certification
  • Experience actively selling mobile and geo-fencing directly into brands
  • Experience selling data-driven programmatic into brands and agencies
  • Contacts with platform sellers
