Business Operations Analyst, Healthcare, AWS Worldwide Public Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team in the Healthcare sector, supporting the growth of AWS Customers in Worldwide Public Sector Healthcare and Nonprofits.
This role involves diving deep into data, providing data analysis, supporting core Business Operations activities, reporting using solutions such as Tableau and QuickSight, and even prototyping and deploying new solutions using advanced technologies including GenAI, LLM, and robotic process automation.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Strategy leaders and team members, leveraging data and analyses to land business insights, develop GTM strategies, and scale the business.
- Drive incubation and growth for some of the newest and most innovative customer needs in healthcare.
- Lead pipeline review, forecasting, analysis, and a wide range of critical operational needs related to key strategic investments
- Drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to their customers.
- Support the administration and execution of the team's targets, including segmentation of business goals, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various demand generation campaigns and proposing improvements to the business to increase its effectiveness in driving desired results.
- Support the rhythm of the business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics.
