Sales Account Executive

Position Summary:
The Sales Account Executive plays a vital role within the internal sales division. Representing the Spitzer Lighting brand, this individual collaborates with assigned representative agencies to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries regarding pricing and product availability, highlighting features by referencing product documentation, while ensuring a positive and courteous service experience. Identify opportunities for upselling and effectively communicate new product features.
- Input quotes and confirmed orders into the system to maintain accuracy and streamline processes.
- Work alongside team members to share insights on sales strategies and marketing initiatives, providing constructive feedback to the marketing department for updates on promotional materials.
- Create comprehensive sales reports to track performance.
- Send follow-up communications to representative agencies, expressing gratitude after visits made by the outside sales director. Coordinate with the sales director regarding the dispatch of samples following customer confirmation of welcome communications.
Compensation: Quarterly bonuses based on sales performance.
Work Schedule: 8 AM to 4 PM
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software.
