As a Senior Specialist in New Account Services at City National Bank, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various departments to facilitate and manage new account requests for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain new deposit accounts for designated groups.
- Ensure accurate booking of account information and timely processing of all necessary documentation.
- Provide clients with precise information and assist in the execution of account documentation.
- Distribute relevant disclosure brochures and regulatory information to new and prospective clients.
Operational Excellence:
- Set up and implement new account data within our systems, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Review documents for quality and completeness prior to filing, following up on any missing items as needed.
- Uphold the integrity of all accounts opened in accordance with established bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture relationships within City National Bank to enhance service delivery and identify opportunities for client engagement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in new account services and customer support.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to communicate complex information effectively.

Compensation:
The starting base salary for this position is competitive and may vary based on experience and skills. This role is also eligible for bonuses and commissions.
