About the Role

Aramark's Accelerate to Leadership (A2L) Program is a year-long development and training program designed for recent college graduates. As a Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to take on leadership roles within Aramark while participating in structured program activities and developmental exercises tailored to your career track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and implement business growth programs and strategies to increase sales, ensure pricing accuracy, drive mandatory meal plan upgrades, and increase voluntary meal plan sales.
  • Ensure all promotions, applicable sales enablers, and other growth initiatives are implemented across the account(s).
  • Drive change, with a focus on sales and consumer satisfaction, that results in profitable base business growth for the account(s) and for our clients.
  • Work with the District Marketing Manager and operations team to write unit-specific client marketing and communication plans and track results.
  • Manage student peer-to-peer groups to ensure proper execution of mandatory meal plan upgrades and voluntary meal plan selling activities to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage student marketing interns to ensure all program logistics/graphics are complete.
  • Ensure necessary training and support are provided to the account(s) and that brand standards are fully executed at all identified points of service, resulting in sustainable growth in sales, customer satisfaction, and increased profits.
  • Work collaboratively with the Collegiate Hospitality team to implement all national programs.
  • Support front-line management with administration of Marketing, Service Excellence, and Suggestive Selling training.
  • Participate in the contract re-bid/extension process for their account.
Qualifications

To be considered eligible, applicants must graduate between December and August of the current school year for the rising A2L Program class. This program will start in July.

All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program (including any final internship requirements). Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: A degree or background in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales; relevant coursework or work experience; strong leadership, project management, and execution skills; great verbal, written, and professional communication skills with teammates, customers, clients, and leadership; dynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
