Supportive Housing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Supportive Housing Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Supportive Housing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with serious mental illness to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate access to community resources and assist tenants with healthcare arrangements, housing applications, and move-in preparations.
- Provide daily support for problem-solving, encourage socialization, self-help, and communication.
- Assist with medication administration, money management, symptom monitoring, and housekeeping.
- Participate in crisis de-escalation training and perform physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques as needed.
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
- Eligibility requires one of the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting.
- Equivalent combination of behavioral science education and satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Competitive hourly wage: $23.75 per hour DOE/Credentials.
- Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
- 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
