Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills and experience to drive business growth and expansion in the security industry.
About the Role:
- Pursue new commercial customers through proactive lead generation and relationship-building strategies.
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to maximize revenue growth and market share.
- Sell innovative security solutions and services to existing and new customers, focusing on value-added offerings and add-ons.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners to drive business success.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the low-voltage or fire alarm industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
