Position Summary:
The Programmatic Analyst plays a crucial role in managing digital advertising campaigns, including setup, documentation, quality assurance, performance analysis, and billing reconciliation. This position involves identifying optimization opportunities in collaboration with the Senior Programmatic Analyst and clients, as well as contributing to client presentations and status reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize digital media campaigns for agency clients, including performance media and audience-based buying.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail and adherence to programmatic best practices throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Organize and maintain campaign-specific materials in a shared document repository.
  • Address daily campaign maintenance inquiries regarding tracking and status.
  • Assist in creating client-facing performance reports.
  • Evaluate inventory availability and contribute to proposals for new client opportunities.
  • Oversee the delivery of creative assets and campaign documentation in preparation for launch.
  • Implement campaign tags within ad exchange environments.
  • Conduct quality assurance processes to verify accurate campaign execution and performance.
  • Provide monthly auditing reports to agency partners and manage billing systems as necessary.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance strategies for campaign optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Entry-level position; 1+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management, or digital media operations preferred.
  • Relevant professional or internship experience in digital operations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with traditional and digital media planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Capable of organizing and managing detailed campaign performance data.

Additional Information:
This role operates in a hybrid format, requiring in-office attendance three days a week. Specific details regarding accommodations will be discussed during the interview process.
