Collaborate with Data Science and analytics teams to transform performance observations into actionable insights driven by data.

Required Skills:
Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in discussions, presentations, and written communication.
Utilize analytics and industry expertise to derive actionable insights from program and database performance, focusing on key drivers and identifying new growth opportunities.

Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from diverse sources to generate insights from the first-party database.
