Job Title: Security Cooperations Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Security Cooperations Logistics Analyst to join our team at Seneca Holdings LLC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise services to support the monitoring and delivery of Building Partner Capacity (BPC) programs designed to enhance international partner nations' security forces' logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide programmatic and administrative support to BPC programs
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating information
  • Foster interdepartmental relationships
  • Perform research; analyze data; produce reports; develop delivery forecasts; and assist in logistics policy revisions
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and a minimum of two years of work experience in Security Cooperation Building Partner Capacity Programs and related fields of logistics, transportation, delivery, and current security cooperation database management tools.

Advanced experience in related security cooperation areas and programs is a plus, as well as increased experience in logistics systems and management, and/or process improvements.

General Skills:

The successful candidate will possess strong computer, analytical skills, and the ability to research and communicate effectively in writing.

Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management staff, Department of Defense (DoD) counterparts, as well as foreign clients and industry representatives are essential.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge and prior experience in Security Assistance policy and procedure, related legislation, and the ability to assist in the management of complex operations involving compliance with policy issues are required.

Foster a positive relationship with DoD Agencies, State Department, respective Combatant Commanders, Joint Staff, Military Departments, and in-country Security Cooperation Officers in the allocation and execution of BPC activities/programs to enhance partner nation institutional capacity in the logistics field.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in MS Office Suite applications Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficiency with Excel to perform data evaluation, formulas, analytics, and spreadsheets.

Ability to transfer presentation graphics from Excel into PowerPoint or Word.

Clearance:

Active Secret Clearance is required.
