Position Overview

The Regional Sales Leader plays a pivotal role in driving sales objectives and executing strategic account plans as defined by management. This position is crucial for identifying, developing, and realizing project opportunities within the designated sales territory, while also fostering new customer relationships to boost product demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and contribute to the development of sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Develop Key Account Plans for strategic accounts to enhance revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and relationship building.
  • Maintain regular communication with key account decision-makers to understand their needs and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Conduct sales presentations to a diverse audience, including architects, builders, and facility managers.
  • Manage annual sales plans to achieve market penetration and promote product lines effectively.
  • Collaborate with local manufacturing representatives to support the sales team.
  • Travel as needed to provide training and support to clients and partners.

Reporting and Analysis

Maintain comprehensive sales reports and business metrics to identify opportunities and report on market trends. Provide regular updates to management regarding field activities and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
