Key Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Regularly update the canvassing supervisor on team and individual objectives
  • Genuine interest in energy conservation and environmental sustainability
  • Willingness to travel to various canvassing locations
  • Availability to work within the hours of 9 am - 7 pm based on team needs
  • Tabling assignments will be within a reasonable commuting distance
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred

Primary Responsibilities

· Direct a team in generating qualified leads from residents interested in a Mass Save Home Energy Assessment through canvassing and tabling in designated areas.

· Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify potential leads.

· Manage a table at designated events, trade shows, and retail venues to secure qualified leads.

· Schedule no-cost home energy assessments for Massachusetts residents.

· Implement team strategies to create enthusiasm around the Home Energy Assessment process.

· Continuously acquire and share industry knowledge with team members.

· Represent HomeWorks Energy and its brand with professionalism and integrity.

· Achieve and surpass lead generation targets.

· Occasionally transport team members to and from work sites.

· Perform additional administrative tasks as required, including liaising with local authorities.

Compensation and Benefits (eligibility for those working 30 or more hours per week)

· Standard workweek: Monday – Friday (with occasional weekends)
