Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at GPAC, a leading insurance brokerage and consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned personal lines book of business, ensuring timely and accurate processing of new business, renewals, and endorsements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, advising clients on coverage and product options to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with producers to review and analyze incoming applications, ensuring seamless processing and issuance of policies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive sales and marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Requirements:
- Active insurance license
- Experience with AMS 360 platform
- Minimum 5 years of personal lines experience in an agency or company setting
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
