Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Personal Lines Book of Business: Responsible for managing an assigned personal lines book of business by means of servicing and processing all new business, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Customer Service: Advising customers on coverage and products with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Quote and Application Processing: Create quotes and applications quickly to give new business customers a great experience.
  • Agency Procedures and Company Guidelines: Follow agency procedures and company guidelines to handle processing, policy issuance, and servicing.
  • Customer Inquiries: Prioritize customer inquiries effectively, from urgent needs to routine questions, while providing excellent service.
  • Collaboration with Producers: Collaborate with producers to review and analyze incoming applications.
  • Renewal Expiration List: Keep the renewal expiration list up to date and process renewals promptly.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Cross-sell and upsell to existing accounts.
  • Sales and Marketing Efforts: Help with overall sales and marketing efforts, including personal lines campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Active License: Active license to practice as an insurance professional.
  • AMS 360 Platform Experience: Experience on AMS 360 platform.
  • Personal Lines Experience: 5+ years of Personal Lines experience with an agency or company.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Critical Analysis: Critical analysis including the ability to evaluate prospects to determine account acceptability.
  • Highly Organized: Highly organized to manage large book timely and accurately.
