Job Overview

We are seeking a Residential Maintenance Specialist who possesses proven experience in the field of apartment and facilities upkeep. The ideal candidate will have skills in various areas including plumbing, electrical systems, flooring, drywall repair, appliance servicing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.

This role requires the ability to be on-call and basic proficiency with mobile technology (email and internet). We value self-motivated individuals who are customer service-oriented, detail-focused, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Successfully pass a comprehensive background check.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must own a truck and have valid auto insurance.
  • Provide personal tools and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
  • Have a solid understanding of basic home repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Capable of accurately diagnosing repair needs for both units and buildings.
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Familiarity with basic technology such as email and smartphones/tablets.
  • All new hires must successfully complete a criminal background check.
