Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly address all inquiries through various channels.
  • Build relationships with prospective students by offering detailed insights into programs and arranging interviews.
  • Deliver precise information regarding programs, academic prerequisites, and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate enrollment activities.
  • Accurately input data into the system and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and university events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in enrollment or customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills in a diverse setting.
