Automotive Service Attendant

As a key representative of our dealership, the Automotive Service Attendant serves as the first point of contact for customers arriving for service. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth check-in process for service appointments.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly greet customers and gather vehicle details upon their arrival. Support the Service Advisor in assisting customers while maintaining an orderly service drive. Safely relocate customer vehicles from the service area to the workshop. Securely manage vehicle keys following departmental protocols. Foster positive relationships with colleagues and other departments within the dealership. Adhere to dealership procedures for delivering vehicles, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain dealership operations effectively. Maintain the ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods. Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Must be at least eighteen years old and possess a valid driver's license. Successful completion of pre-employment screening is required.
