The Supervisor will be accountable for the overall performance of the service center, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while driving financial success. Key responsibilities include managing guest services, optimizing sales, and controlling operational costs.
About Sun Auto Tire & Service: We have been committed to delivering efficient and reliable automotive services for many years, serving a wide range of customers with a focus on quality and performance.
Compensation: $60,000/Yr. to $75,000/Yr.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensures that every customer receives outstanding service by maintaining high store standards, possessing in-depth product knowledge, and ensuring timely service delivery. Addresses escalated customer concerns effectively.
Team Leadership:
- Communicates expectations clearly to team members regarding their roles, objectives, and training needs. Holds the management team accountable for performance through coaching and regular feedback.
- Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures through regular staff meetings and operational audits.
- Conducts performance assessments for all staff at scheduled intervals.
Financial Management:
- Analyzes market trends and implements strategies to maximize sales while achieving or surpassing profit targets.
- Manages customer transactions in the POS system.
- Handles incoming phone inquiries.
- Oversees inventory management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in automotive repair shop management or equivalent experience in the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members through effective communication and strategic business practices.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profit objectives.
- Prior experience as an Automotive Technician is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
