Role Overview:
The Automotive Service Attendant serves as the first point of contact for customers arriving for service. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting customers and gathering vehicle information upon their arrival.
- Assisting Service Advisors in maintaining organization within the service area.
- Safely moving customer vehicles from the service drive to the workshop.
- Retaining vehicle keys in accordance with established security protocols.
- Promoting effective collaboration with dealership staff and departments.
- Following specific procedures for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Supporting fellow team members to maintain dealership operations.
- Demonstrating the ability to work outdoors and remain on foot for extended periods.
- Operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Meeting the minimum age requirement of eighteen years.
- Holding a valid driver's license.
- Successfully passing pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
