As a Client Services Representative at Transworld Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business process outsourcing services. This is an onsite position at the University of New Mexico, where you will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Validate and confirm debts owed by researching data regarding account and billing information.
  • Handle and respond to daily client/firm requests, inquiries, and problems via various communication channels.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our computer platform/systems and demonstrate ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
  • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Insurance, Patient, Medicaid, and Medicare Billing.
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and work in a team-fostered environment.
Work Environment
  • Office environment with the ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
