Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Appolo Heating is a leading home services provider seeking a personable and reliable individual to serve as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Schedule appointments and confirmations
  • Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide customers with an exceptional customer service experience
  • Work with all departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Present service agreements and options to customers
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
