Overview

Rewewal by Andersen is seeking a dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team in the Capital District Area. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls, using scripts to set qualified appointments and follow up on customer inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to set qualified appointments
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff or department
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to keep the sales calendar full
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • General computer knowledge and internet savvy
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
