We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Service Center team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and mail sorting
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and fax
- Assist with freight shipment processing and entry
