About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team at Shorr Packaging. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial markets
- Manage a portfolio of active accounts and provide superior service to existing clients
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet individual revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal partners to position Shorr Packaging solutions as a strategic advantage to our customers' long-term needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities based on market trends and customer needs
Requirements
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Strong sales experience in an industrial setting or packaging industry
- Effective influencing skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track sales activity and develop sales plans
- Exceptional level of self-motivation, competitiveness, and customer service
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency with Microsoft Office solutions
