Job Description

As a seasoned Construction Project Manager with K2 Staffing, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from initial planning to project completion. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that expenses are within budget.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts, issues, and risks that may arise during the project.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
