Requirements
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer in Arkansas
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in design of roadways and highways
  • Experience working on Arkansas DOT and/or Arkansas municipality projects is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
