Senior Transportation Civil Engineer

Halff is seeking a highly skilled Senior Transportation Civil Engineer to lead our team in Little Rock, AR. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for managing transportation projects, supervising technical staff, and interacting with clients.
Responsibilities:- Lead transportation projects from conceptualization to completion
- Supervise and mentor technical staff to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in transportation engineering
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in transportation project delivery
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required (Arkansas preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
