About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transit Senior Project Manager to join our team at HNTB. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects throughout their full lifecycle, from development to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the transportation or engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with transportation or engineering projects, preferably in the transit industry.
