Job Overview

At GOAT Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for directing and monitoring all sales activities to ensure retail income and sales objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Provide expert knowledge of products, company history, and company policies and procedures to customers and team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales and/or retail management experience
  • Strong sales and business acumen, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Polished appearance and public communication skills, with a strong ability to represent the company in a professional manner
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders
