The Senior Director of Business Development is a key role at Winston Retail Solutions, responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand client portfolio and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Marketing, General Business, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role at retail or wholesale, within the creative/visual department.
- Experience with process, design, and management capabilities.
- Experience with budget management, retail math, and business analysis.
- Ability to visualize an environment or marketing/merchandising project rooted in a client's personality, driving the consumer experience and elevating the brand's presence.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, business acumen, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Motivated self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit.
