Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support Athletics programs and scholarships
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, alumni, and other stakeholders to secure gifts and support for Athletics initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Athletic Director and other team members to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote Athletics programs and events
  • Assist with the development and implementation of donor events, campaigns, and other fundraising initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to donors, alumni, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 6 years of directly related full-time experience or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and 2 years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions
  • Experience working in intercollegiate athletics, fundraising, or other relevant experience
  • Professional full-time experience with Advancement, fundraising, or other relevant experience
  • Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or In Design
  • Experience and proficiency with Raiser's Edge or similar fundraising applications
