Job Title: Parts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Parts Department and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Parts Department to meet or exceed financial goals, including variance to sales plan, gross margin dollars, and outside purchases.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with manufacturer partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure that parts counter staff are effectively facilitating the point of sale process and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle customer parts inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the effective and efficient completion of all paperwork associated with the parts department.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to maximize revenue growth and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of work experience in related parts and operations.
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage people, including time management and multi-tasking.
  • Comprehensive understanding of internal and external business, including client service skills and ability to develop strong business relationships.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment and handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently.
