Job Title: Parts Operations Manager

Job Summary:

TEC Equipment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our parts department, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize parts inventory levels to ensure maximum profitability and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and manage a team of parts coordinators and warehouse staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our parts department remains competitive and efficient.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in parts management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
