Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic surveyor to take charge of the survey team, responsible for executing survey tasks on projects for diverse clients in both the private and public sectors.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct construction stakeout and calculations, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee survey projects, ensuring adherence to project budgets.
  • Draft preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, and related exhibits.

Compensation: $68,100-$113,500

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Professional Survey Licensure is required or the ability to obtain it within six months.
  • Proficient in GPS and Total Station technology.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Experience in managing and directing field crews.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to CAD/computer standards.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Explorer, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
